namescout.com 域名push方法

一般pool.com拍卖的米都会进去这个网站管理，之前一段时间还能用户自己自由push，现在该网站已经把该功能封锁了。
目前只有两种途径进行push过户，第一个是站内提交问题，第二种是用所有人邮箱写邮件去 service@namescout.com
